Palacio's Medical Services

Dr. Robert Palacio Reyes is a Cuban Medical Doctor with two (2) decades of experience in the field of Medicine. He is a Specialist in Plastic Surgery and Burns, and also in Comprehensive General Medicine.

In 2004 he completed training as a General Practitioner in the Higher Institute of Medical Sciences Of Camaguey in Cuba. In 2007 he became a family physician when he proved his ability to deliver exceptional patient care. In 2009 he earned a Master of Sciences focusing on Emergency Medicine. In 2011 he became a Plastic Surgeon and Burn Therapist. He is currently doing an Advanced Master’s Degree in Integrative Aesthetic Medicine.  

In September of 2015 he joined NERHA where he worked as a Family Physician developing the Wound Care Management of the region, attaining the National NCD Award in 2021. By January 2017, he joined The Family Care Medical Centre & Lab where he worked as a Plastic Surgeon. In April of that same year he started to work in Hospiten as a Plastic Surgeon and Burn Therapist. As of June 2020 he worked at Art Of Surgery as a Plastic Surgeon. In June 2021 he started working at Windsor Wellness Center as a Plastic Surgeon. Finally in February of 2022 he opened his own clinic and became the CEO of Palacio’s Medical Services. Where he also works as a Plastic Surgeon, Burn Therapist and Family Physician.  

Dr. Robert Palacio Reyes is an active member of the Association of Surgeons in Jamaica, a member of MAJIF and a member of the World Association of Gluteal Surgery.
